Leave a CommentYes got a call from 4094979650 that I owed a loan and he said it in the court now. Do I have a lawyer "i said yes I have lawyer please me for information I never take a loan from BCI. If they do not stop I will let my lawyer file a claim on them they **** up on me.
This number is currently "owned" by a group of 2 or 3 Indian fellows trying to scam people. Their line so far has been to call and inform you that you are late on a payment to a loan company and that they can clear the "pending fraud" charges with a one time payment. They then try to get your bank draft information to make an ECH payment. If Mr. "John Williams" or "Marc Smith" calls you from this number, just **** up.
I received a call from these peoople who did not identify themselves or the purpose of the call.
