Who Called: Mission Sn Jose

These people call 4 times in a row, twice daily. They claim I need to call them right away to prevent further legal action and foreclosure. I am currently in bankruptcy protection, but these people will not stop calling. I never answered them because I suspect a scam, looks like I am right. Terrible people.

Who Called: John Warren

Caller advised that we owed $1800 to the escrow for my mortgage, and that if we didn't pay, would go to foreclosure. Advised that the balance couldn't be paid on my mortgage company website, only through debit card, in order that the payment didn't appear as an additional payment towards the prin****l balance.

CALLER CLAIMED TO BE WITH THE FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT FROM OUR MORTGAGE COMPANY. STATED WE WERE IN FORECLOSURE. CALLED HIM OUT ON IT!!!
