This woman will make contact from this number and ask to meet with you as a Geico Representative. She claims she is from the Special Investigation Department out of the Beaumont Texas Office. When you have been waiting almost a year on a claim to be resolved and the phone rings from a Geico employee and you have not heard from them nor has any of your messages been returned. You will believe it is Geico and begin to answer all her questions and meet her early the next morning in another town (Lake Charles) at Starbucks. Long story short she sat with me a retrieved all my information that I am going to use for a lawsuit a***nst the RV Park that robbed and vandalized our Toyhauler and Food Truck. They had Lindsey’s Wrecker Service take it 11am. on the 3rd of October 2018 and we were not allowed any access to our “illegally” towed property until they finished *****ping it all down and taken our business and personal effects. Please be aware! I never heard from this lady a***n and her social media profile is definitely the lady that called and met with me. She does live in Beaumont and she isn’t an investigator for anyone. She worked for Geico almost 20 Yrs. ago and her license has been expired for 15 years. ****uming she is a field representative during emergency disasters and that is how she is getting people’s contact information and claim but we have not found out the why?! Geico will hire anyone (warm body) during a disaster as a 3rd Party Contractor and 1099 them out. As that still has them understaffed. Please please be aware of “any” contact from someone representing an insurance company and especially “Geico” — please verify via your Attorney and the Corporate Office or have someone verify that the Corporate Office knows who they are and that they are the correct Employee you are to speak, meet and give all your information to.

I was called by a Geico Investigator with the name Mim Rideb-Sparks and actually met with this person and cannot reach her since then, her license show they expired in 2002. Be Aware! Very Scary! Took all my personal info. - even took a pic of my DL front and back! Please Beware!
