I have a confession! I have always been highly cynical and leery of dating sites for obvious reasons. There's an element of desperation or just loneliness and big time con artists are very patient when on fishing expidion or drilling for oil LOL. So I decided to have fun and turn the tables and play along *** what an eye opener, oh and they're good at it UP TO A POINT ladies, his latest name is Moore Gjurd. It was worth playing along for entertainment value alone, but sad that there are those who desperately want to believe and become victims.

This is the phone number I received from a man I met on the dating site Match. He seemed very charming and affectionate and we texted every day for several weeks. He said he couldn't talk on the phone because he was working for E**on finishing an oil drilling project in Texas, had tried to call me but couldn't get through. He said he was going to retire shortly and move back to the area where I live. He emailed several love letters, one mentioning finding a house together. (I think I'm pretty lovable, but ***ody sane falls in love with someone they haven't met.) He used the name Jesse on Match, later said that was a nickname and his real name was Gilbert Streeter. I became really su****ious when I found a man by that name on LinkedIn who apparently is a for-real E**on project manager in the Kansas City area. This man looked nothing like the photos of the man I met on Match. At this point I stopped texting and blocked Jesse/Gilbert w***ver. He never asked for money but I imagine that would have happened eventually. It turns out there's a whole genre of "oil rig scams" men try to run on women. Convenient reason to be unable to meet in person or have a phone conversation.

Will only text as must have a heavy accent. Wants a relationship but not with you, with your money! Big time scammer... Stay away and block him.

Was not sure he may be a scammer, s****ed out by texting but never voice to voice. I thought this odd. Very charming and communicative, texting morning and evening. Decided to run his number and bingo...wanted to borrow money from women. Good work girls! Blocked him.....

I suspect this person is a scammer. I met him on Zoosk the dating site and after many texts he wanted to borrow money. Goes by Gilbert Robert.
