Just filed a complaint. I have been receiving calls from a telemarketeer regarding the experation of my car warranty on my home telephone. Wrong car.

The number came up on my cell phone. I went to the WWW and entered 409-812-1012 on Google Search. Lo and behold, it said the number was from a Telemarketer.

Ditto on all these responses. They've called several times.

Called my cell (costs me money) saying vehicle warranty was up. Will not verify vehicle or identify who they work for. Obviously a scam.

expiring auto warranty spiel. when you press 1 to speak to someone (to tell them you are on the do not call registry) no one ever there. yes, sue them, all of them, as expiring auto warranties seem to make up the bulk of the telemarketing calls I get, even on my cell phone.

They are rude, and won't stop, even when asked politely. The number that appears on the caller ID is fake!!!

These people arn't really selling anything but your phone number. when you answer thier call, you are verifing that your number is active. once they determine your phone is active, they sell your number to other telemarketers.Don't answer the call or any other call you don't know

"this is the final warning that the warranty on your car is about to expire... press 1 to speak with a representative" the rep asks what kind of car, no matter what you say, if u wanna talk to a supervisor or if you say you dont have a car they just **** up. 6 months i've been dealing with them. if anyone has any info on WHO this company is, contact me on gmail. i want to suit them.

Spam telemarketer has called me numerous times over the past couple of months. I press 1 to talk with a "live operator," get connected and ask to be removed from their calling list, then they **** up.

I have been receiving "urgent" spam phone calls for about 3 months now from this number and others about how "my car insurance is about to run out". I have two choices after the message to select 1 or 2. 1 to speak with someone, or 2 to be removed. I have selected 2 many many times. I just now as of 6:08 PM Mountain time, gotten off the phone with someone after pressing one. I asked to be removed from the list and was told "I cannot do that M'am" when I asked why not he responded with "because you don't want to be removed m'am". I had a very long arguement with this guy and was getting very angry, ESPECIALLY because he kept calling me m'am. Now I'm not ***gging in any way, shape, or form when I say this but I am a MALE with a rather obvious deep voice. The rest of our arguement continued in pretty much the same manner and doesnt really need to be mentioned. It ended with HIM ****ing up on me. WHY AM I GETTING THESE IN THE FIRST PLACE????? I do NOT sign up for anything with my phone number and no one should have access to it for me to be getting calls like this.

Unknown caller to a cell phone so it wasn't answered. Looked up the number here and saw it was another #@#$% telemarketer. Isn't it illegal for them to call cell phones?

409-812-1012 called my cell phone. I did not answer (thats my minutes and I don't recognize the number) and they did not leave a message. When I tried to call it back from a land line it said the number was not working.

ok, i simply never answer when they call me because A.my phone is set to 'silent' so I don't hear it ring. B. I don't know whos number it is so I don't answer unless I know whos calling me.

I have been getting incessant calls about auto insurance when I don't even own a car. So often, I'm in the middle of so****ing and had to run to the phone in case it was from family or friends. Today, when I waited to speak with a representative to let them know I do not own a car, the person on the other end ***g up on me after putting me on hold. Please stop this harrassment. They keep calling my Daughters Cell Phone she is only 13, when I hit the option to remove the number from thier list the call disconnects. I try calling them directly and it tells me the number is not in service.

Warranty sales. Have asked to be removed. The telemarketer said that she could not remove it because it is computer generated. I have attempted pushing the correct number so ask to be removed without success. She stated that I had been sent a post card. Not true.

I looked-up the # and found it belongs to a company called..Digital Design Inc. PO Box 50406 Nashville Tn 37205 no phone # but their e-mail address is.. sales@digital-design. A man named Steve has his picture on the website. They call from MANY different #'s with the same aggrevating message!

This is a vehicle warranty about to expire call. Many numbers are used to do their calling. I have a 1997 vehicle...the warranty has been expired on it for quite sometime. I have repeatedly requested my number to be taken out of their database, and , am on the DO NOT CALL LIST!

20th call telling me my vehicle warranty is expiring and last chance to renew. Have asked them repeatedly to take me off their list.

The call was received on my cell phone. Because I did not respond, the voice message was recorded. Everything was done for the expense of my airtime. I never contacted with the caller, and want to stop the mess.

This is some sort of scam. I got the same deal, after pressing 1 to speak with someone I said I need to make sure I'm removed from your list because I've pressed 2 on several other calls. The ******* the phone said "we can't do that" and ***g up. Since we already know what's going to happen, I recommend that anyone who gets this call from now on follows through the call to see what they want. Give them a bunch of bugus info and report back here. Maybe we can figure out who they are so a formal complaint can be filed. At the very least, if several people waste their time maybe they'll go away.

Get voice recording, press 2 to speak to operator, then get rep. I tell them my car is a 95 and paid in full and to remove me from the list. Rep calls me ****** and ****s up. They have since called 2 more times.

Area Code 409 is from the Galveston area of Texas. This number has the same voice message I received when I was getting calls from 702-520-1449 (area code 702 is from Las Vegas, NV). I received calls 1-2 times a day (for weeks) from 702-520-1449. I finally got frustrated pressed 1 to talk to an operator. I asked them to stop calling me. I received 2 more calls then they stopped. A day later 409-812-1012 began calling. BEWARE: I believe this to be a ***zen and clever iden***y scam ring. I purchased a new vehicle 1 year ago with an extended warranty. I am certain my dealership didn't sell that information. If you do purchase their "extended warranty services," DO NOT SUBMIT CREDIT CARD INFO!!!

I don't even have a car!  Didn't pick up the phone and got a voicemail from an automated message.  I rarely give out my # to outside people and this is the first time I've gotten these kinds of things.  I'm also on a do-not-call list... even my bank doesn't have my phone #!
