These people call several times a day asking for Elizabeth. There is no Elizabeth living here. They don't take no for an answere, they just keep calling.. Sometimes they hang up. This is harrasment. No Elizabeth here do you understand////////.

This number called me 8 times within a 24hr (about) time span. I recently picked up the last call to tell the person off, but there was nothing on the other end when I said hello a few times. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS! I'm reporting it to Verizon.

This number calls me three times a day every couple of days.  Stop f_cking calling me.  You got ripped off by someone else who used to have this number, you stupid losers!  I don't pick up, because (1) you never leave a f_cking message, (2) I KNOW who you're looking for and (3) I will never give you the satisfaction of my picking up the phone!  STOP!!!

This number calls me CONSTANTLY!! I let it go to voicemail and they NEVER leave one. All that comes up on my caller id is Maryland 410-202-0069. I have looked around online and see that some folks say it has to do with capitol one collections, i payed my balance off two months ago and even at that time it was no where near the limit. What is scary is that i checked, capitol one doesn't even have my phone number on file! They have an old one!

This company is trying to contact people that they think are related me ....but I owe no one......I think they found my name on facebook....BEWARE....they will try to get your personal information from your friends or family or friends of friends on facebook......don't put your phone number on facebook....if you do ....don't give out friends or relatives information .....response to them that you don't know the person that they are trying to contact.....it is a scam!!

Lots of calls coming in from this number, no messages left on the machine.I do owe several thousand dollars on a Cap One card, but I have no ability or intention to pay.  Ever.  I told them that already, months ago.  I will probably change my phone number.

I have been getting this same # calling our house up to 4 times a day.  When the machine answers they are like hello, hello, hello.  I am so tired of them calling!!!!

They were calling me but I didn't have a capital one account. I later found out they were looking for a person who lived on the same street I did with the same last name. I guess they looked the phone # up & found me on that st. I finally convinced them that person didn't live at my house but the address was rental property on the same street. They are a pain.I had to deal with their crap for abaut 6 mounths.

This number calls my business sometimes 8 or 10 times a day. No one on line when I pick up, so I hang up. Tired of stopping what I am doing to answer.

I do not have a Capitol One card. This is extrmely annoying and I have had to turn my ringer off just so that I don't go crazy from all of the calls. This is completely ridiculous, there has to be something that can be done to get them to stop calling!

They called today on my wife's cell phone asking for my brother-in-law, whom we have on our account for a cell phone (he had his own cell phone though). The great thing about this is that my brother-in-law died this morning at 38. They have no right calling cell phones under the No Call Listing unless you list your number with them and since it was my wife's number, they called illegally. They call again we will look into sueing. Great New Year - the passing of a relative and a thieving dedt collection conpany calling on someone elses phone to collect ftrom him.

Called my CELL phone on friggin NEW YEAR's DAY (a HOLIDAY fer chrissake). Left no message, and of course I didn't answer as I had no idea who the number belonged to. Guess they're getting good overtime money to harass people.

Called New Years day on cell phone at 8:00am, then 3 more times.  Finally talked to them and they stated they purchased Capital One.  Wanted to "verify" my information by asking me for my SSN and other info.  All he wanted to do is talk over me and be rude.  Finally told him he was rude and I wasn't going to stay on the phone.

This company calls several times a week,  caller id in NCO Fincl services or 800 services, number 410 202 0069.  Another slime company calling people on the do not call list and not leaving a message.

If they really want to contact me, mail a letter. After I answered they put me on hold after telling me that their operators are busy. I have better things to do than to be left on hold for someone that I do not know.

After answering, I'm told to hold on....that their operators are busy and will be with me shortly. So, I'm supposed to wait for them to find out why the're calling me !  GOOD LUCK !

This is apparently one of the many numbers NCO uses to harass people, according to what I find on the Internet.  I've been getting calls from this number and other NCO-associated numbers for a couple months.  I filed a complaint with the FCC at:http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm.  I also talked to a manager at FCC and because of his position he couldn't tell me what FCC is doing, but he did infer that FCC was watching NCO.  And if FCC gets enough complaints that will support the FCC's case against NCO.  So go ahead and file a complaint; that could put NCO out of business.tarmanno

I don't  know who this is so I don't answer it...I was the victim of a stalker once and that taught me not to answer strange numbers, that is why I have caller ID...most everyone who I know has a call ID, unknown or numbers I don't recognise can just forget it.  If they want to communicate to me bad emough, they can write me a letter!

Don't know what they want, as they never leave a message. I don't have a Capital One account or any outstanding bills. Maybe they're looking for someone else.  Not leaving a message is a pretty stupid way to try to reach someone.
