Great I got scammed by some thief who bought so****ing from me, destroyed it, and sent it back they better not s**** harassing me paypal are a bunch of thieves

They call me every day about 10 times a day, s****ing really early in the morning looking for someone who I have never even heard. I have told them about 20 times that they have the wrong number and to please stop calling me, but they just keep calling.

Well first off it is paypals collection deptment and you just need to call paypal at this number--1-888-221-1167. Ask for collections dept.I owe them over 4 grand due to a mistake on my part and they have set me up on a payment program.I missed this months payment so I called them and explained and they said they put your contact phone number in the automated system on purpose to ring you constantly until you call them back and straighten it out. It is their way to irritate you until you do.Secondly if you call your cell phone company they should be willing to block that number for you if you don't owe them anything. Verizon offers this option.Third if you do owe them money then take care of it you bunch of deadbeats. It's you type of people that give ebay and paypal a bad name and give us sellers and headache to no end.

I too do NOT have a negative balance....and they just keep calling. I have not given them any inforamtion...and they just keep calling. I will be filing harrassment charges if they do not stop.

We have been getting multiple calls a day from this number, s****ing early in the morning, which wakes us up and REALLY ticks us off because we work late!  We do not have a negative Paypal balance.  We have had our Paypal account for many years and have NEVER had a negative balance.   Why are these idiots calling?????

The guy keeps telling me that I have a negative balance. I am looking at my account right now and I don't.  He has called multiple times and won't give up.  This is not PayPal, it can't be.  Do not give him your information.  It is impossible to call this number back.  It goes to voicemail for PayPal collections.  It is always the same guy too.  If it were PayPal I'm sure they would have multiple people working for them.  It is so frustrating.  How can I block this number or get him to stop?

This is PayPal and they call me multiple times a day saying I owe money. I do NOT owe them any money and if they keep calling me while I'm at work I will be filing harassment charges. I am so sick of this!

Re: phone # 410-316-9744. I received calls from this number 3 days in the row, at 8am. When called back, the recorded greeting said, it's a collection agency for PayPal. Then an operator answered, named Christin, who took my complain and explained that this number is****ociated with names I do not know.She promiced to take my number off her calling list. When I requested a confirmation , she offered her personal company number 6165.
