They called twice today but did not leave a message. They are s***bags. I already sent them a cease-and-desist letter.November 11, 2010***dley Jardon, David ImburgiaEliseo Monte*****, Raymond LosadaFirst National Collection Bureau, Inc.610 Waltham Way Sparks, NV 8***4Gentlemen:My phone's (301-*******x) call log indicates that your automated dialer called my phone from 410-505-5305 (apparently a call center in Baltimore, MD) on November 11, 2010 at 10:48 a.m. The pre-recorded message began with a female voice asking for a person whom I do not know. I ***g up immediately. I googled the phone number and traced it to your company. You are the owners of a debt collection agency.I demand that you stop this nonsense immediately. I am not the person you are looking for. I have excellent credit, and I do not have any delinquent debts. You are using outdated information because I have had my phone number since November 2004. STOP calling my phone. If you persist, you will be violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.Yours truly,(name) cc:Maryland Commission on Financial Regulation500 North Calvert Street, Room 402Baltimore, MD 21202Federal Trade CommissionConsumer Response Center600 Pennsylvania Avenue, NWWashington, DC 20580
Am getting multiple calls form this number daily - no message is ever left, although they stay on well after the voicemail has picked up.
It is a bill collector. They're trying to claim I owe over $100 dollars on an AT&T bill from 10 years ago.... which was PAID IN FULL at the time. Who keeps records for over 10 years? So now I have to A***N, dig through everything to prove this was paid at the time. This is the FIFTH collection agency. They keep selling the "debt" to someone else who then s****s in on this non-existent in the first place debt. The b***h who called today kept talking over me when I was trying to explain this to her.... when I finally said "listen to what I'm trying to tell you" out of exasperation, she informed me she wasn't going to because I... not her ME.... I was rude. What is trying to talk over someone? I'm not going to be bullied by these jackals and would rather pay a lawyer to get them to go away, than give them one penny. They don't CARE that the debt is not valid, they just want your money.... and would probably sell the "debt" to someone else who would just s**** in a***n even if you paid them.... it's a scam as far as I'm concerned.

I'm sure it's not a bill collector because we have good credit. I still wonder who it is calling all the time.
They've called me once every couple of days for the past week but never leave a message. Probably a bill collector. Reverse phone lookup will only tell me that it's a landline in Ellicott City, MD unless I pay for more info. Everybody's trying a make a dollar!
