I got a call on my cell phone, didn't recognize number so I declined the call. Someone here said they called them at 5 in the morning. That makes me think it's an overseas scam. It says Maryland but that doesn't mean anything -- some services let u choose an area code. If the connection sounds really, really bad and they call at weird hours it's possibly an international scam.

Called me at my 202 Washington, DC phone number at 1:11 PM on Monday, July 08, 2013. My phone number was not provided to any such company. Caller did not leave a voice-mail.

Said so****ing about a public service announcement, that's all I heard then i ***g up. Spam calls.
