Call everyday looking for "Mark".

Comes up on my caller ID as "(,)".  Very smug group of collection people?  Hard to say, we waited to speak with a human, were asked if one of 2-3 people lived here, they didn't obviously.  We asked to be removed from their list based on the names and were told that because of the tone of our voice they were going to keep calling back "as much as they wanted."Lowlifes.

Keeps calling but not leaving a message.  I called back and the voice message says *Thanks for calling CCS*.  What is CCS?Would like them to stop calling me.
