It's the Harford County Automated Emergency line. Answer it, it's just a recorded message about the weather or any other emergency in the area.
Apparently, this is the phone number from Harford County which warns residents of severe weather approa****g. It seems to NOT be working today. We ARE expecting severe storms. This number has called me six times in the past 40 minutes. No one is on the other end. The number does not answer, and my phone is non-functional for a couple of minutes after these calls.
