This number calls my cell phone all day,no one there when I answer.

Annoying calls that do not speak when i answer the phone.  They call morning, noon, and night.

This number calls me about 8 times a day telling me that I have been entered in a contest to win a contour adjustable bed.  They will give me compliments and then ask if they can call me back.  This has happened everytime I have answered.  I asked not to be called anymore and that I was not intrested but they still keep calling.  Isn't that harrassment!  As far as I know once you ask to be taken off they can't call you anymore.  Who do you report them to?
