This number shows on my caller ID daily. I typed it in on yahoo and found this site. Lubke Baker is a collection agency they are rude, and not so intelligent I owed money for some really DUMB contract I got into so I finally paid them in installments directly from my checking account. They are so dumb they mailed me a confirmation letter stating when they would take the money out and they withdrew it a day early causing me to incur over draft charges at my bank. they said fax them a statement and they will cover the charges. I have yet to receive the over draft reimbur*****t! SO PLEASE dont ever sign a contract with out reading it 110%!!! (And tell your kids too! I was 19 when I signed it) It will just result in a huge mess if you dont. Also you have the right in most states to tell them to stop calling if they continue tell them you have caller ID and have notified the authorities of their harassing phone calls they will stop! (my brother-in-law works in collections!)

They call my house daily. They never leave a message. I even have a letter sent from Luebke Baker and****ociates listed in Peoria, IL stating that I owe them for a magazine subscription for Blue Whale Publishing. Blue Whale was based in Florida. Why is the collection agency based in Illinois? I do not owe this money.

They Call my house 7 times a day. I called back and flipped out! They said they were a Dept. Of Lupekee(not sure of the spelling) Baker and A**. to collect a debt for magazines(400 odd dollars). I told them if they ever called here a***n i would call the police and they shut up pretty fast.

Called four times today. No one at other end each time.  Have received calls from this number daily for at least a week.

These people are****ociated with International Magazine Company out of Florida. They are a phony collection agency and they keep harassing my college age son saying he owes them several ***dred dollars for magazines he never received. They ask for his bank info. over the phone which thankfully he didn't divulge (this time.) Do not pick up. Guess we'll have to c****e the number for my son's phone?!!

I had a missed call from this number too, I called back with a different phone and they were extremely rude and would not tell me the name of the company they were with

Called but I did not answer.  No message left.  I'm on national do not call also.

Called twice in last hour, ***g up when I answered. Caller ID says "Department of"

Called my cell twice in the last hour - no message either time.

Received twice today and when I answered the call first time the man was telling I owe $600 and odd dollars for magazines I ordered which I never did. I immediately ***g up.
