Intricate scam claiming the purchase of items and transfer of funds to Mexico under my name. Said I needed to meet someone at their office. They don't seem to realize that Inspectors General investigate government offices and employees, not random people.

Sounds like the female version of Stephen Hawkins saying the Sheriff has 4 allegations a***nst me and to prevent seizing****ets and freezing bank accounts to call them back at that number. How is this even legal.

A recording stated that they were calling from the Social Security department and that my SSN would be suspended if I didn't call them back at the same number they called me at. They stated my bank accounts will be frozen if I don't compromise. 1.) I work for the bank my account is housed at so this is not real. 2.) The scammer apparently didn't hear that the government is shut down
