Received a phone call from Officer David Brown from Federal Crime Investigative Department.  He spoke with an accent in which I could not understand him.  He then transferred me to a Derrick or Danny Jones (agian with an accent so I am not sure I got his name correctly.  I was given a file number. And told from the email address and phone he was calling me on, that I took out a cash loan on line for 350 dollars that was depositied into my account.  When they tried to get their funds later the funds were not there.  He gave a date, in which I told him first I did not do business with the company he spoke and when googling that company does not exist.  Second The date and year he gave me when I did this with the phone number and email he cited.  I told him that had to be incorrec because the work number he has and the email I did have until after Sept.  I told him I want to check my bank statements to verify that money from this company was placed in my account.  To take care of the matter I was to pay 987 dollars which include all fees, otherwise they will appear at my job at 5:30 pm to arrest me.  Is there a number to call to report this so that it stops?  I do not think they understand a Federal Investigation Department, I am sure, cannot receive funds that way.  I also think they are not aware the debt collection can not threaten a person with arrest.

person calling my number claiming to b officer franklin from the federal crime dept. claiming i took out a loan and if i don't pay i will be arested. and can only be paid by credit card.

they called harassing me today saying i owed them alot of money police  officer here said they were a scam

when are we going to stop these people from calling with harrassing information.............
