I too got a call today at 1:50pm - fm 410.878.6079 - sounds like a sells call - i told her not interested and still she was keep on ngoing about free savings...etc.. finally I said thanks and ****-up.

I have sent the following to North American Power:Your company has been using a telemarketing company to make cold calls to BGE Customers. Under Federal Law, the telemarketer is required to use the National Do Not Call Registry. Also upon rea****g a party they are required to identify themselves and the company they represent. Your telemarketer does none of these things and has had numerous reports filed with the FTC. In spite of being told of the violation, and in spite of the requests from called parties, your telemarketer continues to make unwanted calls in violation of the laws. To avoid a fine, you should fire the company immediately. The phone number they use is 410-878-6079.Note, I am forwarding this note to the FTC to do***ent the problem.

Very unprofessional,when I asked the company name she told me north america and was offering electric rates I told her I was on the DNC list and I'm reporting them she then said she wasn't selling anything,I asked to speak with her supvr.and she ***g up.

He sounded like a very inexperienced/untrained telemarketer. A little weird. I told him we don't do business on the phone.

I'm on Do not call too. She was totally uniformed about that. Was trying to sell some discount electricity. NOT Viridian (that's what I have). Very misleading, tried to sound official.

Just got a call from this number for the second day in a row. We're on the DNC, so i have no patience for these ****s. Dead air both times.

Trying to get me to switch electric companies for a "lower rate"- sales call, plain & simple unlesss they were offering free electricity & he was rude.  Caller ID simply read "Baltimore, MD"

No message left.  Multiple calls from this number.
