You people are idiots. You answer the phone once, tell them you're not interested, then they stop ringing. It takes two seconds. By deliberately not answering the call, you're just wasting everyone's time.

It is from Nissan, they were calling to follow up on my service that I had done recently.

I received a call from this number last night and no one was on the other end.  Since it was Nissan Infiniti, and I since I have a Nissan I called it back.  There was nothing at the other end.  Now my phone is ***g up and I can't use my phone.  How can this get stopped?

These calls are relentless.  I called 1-800-864-8601 and added my # to their do not call list, but it's been a week and they still call twice a day.  Unfortunately they **** up every time I pick up, because I'd like to provide feedback on this miserable issueI just wish they would stop harassing me!

this number calls everyday and i just bought a nissan 1 week ago. i am not planning on answering this call.

I just saw on the top of this posting that was back in Apr of 2010 that the calls were originating from someone who had recently hacked in to Nissan info about new car purchasers. Well it is now September 2010 and i just bought a new Nissan and apparently it is still happening... Not cool to hear.

they keep calling my cell 3 times a day. i recently purchased a nissan in june 2010 but i dont plan on taking any surveys. havent answered the call and dont plan to.

I recently had my Infiniti serviced at an Infiniti dealership (same one I've always gone to) and I have now received a call from this number as well. Most likely for a survey or some other type of customer service related follow-up. Note to Nissan corporate - would save you money to only send me notes in the mail that I can ignore, rather than employing a more expensive outsourced call center which I will still ignore...Thanks.

Hey, I got a call from this number today and I do believe they are****ociated with Nissan. I Have a Nissan and recently got service. I got a note in the mail as well, alerting me to expect a phone survey. Since I was one another call and didn't recognize the number, I didn't answer it. I'll tag it in my contacts and update this thread if I get another call...

I recently purchased a Nissan (October 2009) and have been getting tons of calls from this number.  So far, I haven't answered it and don't intend to.
