I am so tired of the Central Blood Bank calling me. I specifically told them last time they called that I don't want to be contacted anymore but they continue to pester me. It's really annoying!

I know this is the Central Blood Bank, but what I can't figure out is why they would be calling me? Last time I donated blood I was in high school, I didn't have this number, didn't live in this city, got married and c****ed my last name and it was 25+ years ago. Also My husband hasn't given blood in 25+ years and everything but the name c****e and high school (he's was USMC) is the same for him. (Plus we had this same phone# for 18 years and they never called before.) So can someone tell me why they are calling and calling??? No one else lives here or uses this number.

The Central Blood Bank not only calls every day, but now they have removed their "Name ID" from the caller id, and call from various numbers with a local area code. I do not answer calls of this nature, and their incessant calling makes me unfortunately have disdain for a charity!

Call for people who have previously donated blood. They simply want to reschedule your donation. Not a scam, fraud, telemarketer or debt collector.

I didn't answer - I don't answer unknown calls on my cell but how did they get my number!?

You give blood one time and they're on you like "bloodhounds" every day thereafter....its quite annoying and makes you not want to help anymore.

Work number called _every_ morning. Answer immediately. That end disconnects after 5 seconds. They never say a word.

CBB calls every day. I haven't given blood to them in years BECAUSE of their unrelenting calling from the last time I gave blood. I had them take me off their calling list years ago, but they've recently s****ed calling a***n. I had been ignoring the calls because I didn't know who it was when I decided to call back and find out. I asked them to remove me from their calling list (a***n!). We'll see how well this goes...ugh.

They call and call..that is a turn off..almost everyday...It makes me not to ever donate..

I called them back and asked to be put on their do not call list. They were very polite about it and said they would.

Central blood bank won't stop calling me! My sister lived in Pittsburgh and we switched phone numbers but she moved 4 years ago!

Calling at 8:00 on a Friday night is not appropriate. Call during business hours or generate an email distribution list to notify people when they are due to give blood.

Please stop calling me every day.

It's central blood bank. They have been calling every single day. Asking to donate a***n. Leaves message.

These people call every day at the same time and dont leave a message. What is so hard about leaving a brief message ?

According to my call ID they have called my work number every single evening as far as my records go back. Thankfully I am not ever at my desk in the evenings but if this were my home number there would be heck to pay.

Once it's been 2 months since your last donation, they will call you all the time.
