Scam, called said moms first name then ***g up

Said my first name then disconnected person never called back and your unable to call that number back

Called to collect funds for State Police. I don't buy it because the guy was rude when I told him that I didn't want to donate at this time. He was incredibly pushy and kept insisting that "even a measly $10 donation would help". However, he never told me what the funds were going to be used for!
