It's an autodialer for Portfolio-***** Recovery - bill collections for fake debt - they are in legal trouble and desperate - the number redials repeatedly to see if disconnected phone numbers are collected a***n. The thinking goes back to the old fashioned concept of "skip tracing" which is not viable anymore, as old phone numbers****ignments don't stick with us the way they used to... Portfolio uses techniques from the 1980s to collect bills, and laws from the 1880s. Say nasty things about their mothers, but don't answer.

theres a secret code phrase to make them stop calling. all you have to ssy is EAT A ****. Problem solved.

Don't leave message used to be nice this is a debt from like 6 or more yrs ago I'm so sick of them being able to sell them back and forth it should be illegal!

I never gave out my number before (the one this place called) until I got a progressive car insurance quote- progressive sold my info to these debt collectors to get me my lower rate. spread the word !
