They wont stop! THEY ARE LOOKING FOR CHERYL SPENSER/SPENCER I HAVE REPEATEDLY ASKED THEM TO TAKE ME OFF THEIR LIST AND TOLD THEM I AM NOT WHOM THEY ARE SEAR****G FOR. BUT THEY DONT UPDATE THE RECORDS BEFORE THE COLLECTION ACCOUNT IS SOLD TO ANOTHER AGENCY. ITS BEEN HAPPENING FOR A PERIOD OF OVER A YEAR. THE GENTLEMAN ON THE PHN WOULD NOT TELL ME WHO HE WAS OR THE COMPANY HE WORKS FOR. AND LIKE THE OTHERS WHO HAVE LEFT COMMENTS THEY SAY THE SAME THINGS TO ME.

Got a call threatening that a civil suit is being filed a***nst me, that my ssn number matched..blah blah blah.. I am an African American woman but this did not sound like an african american female. It sounded more like a synthesized voice. Anyway what I know about Florida law is if charges or a lawsuit is being filed a***nst me, NO ONE calls you to tell you this. A process server or the sheriff will deliver papers to you at your home or work, most cases your home and there is a free public records search for any county that you live which you can look your own information up as well to see if there are any open civil, criminal or traffic suits that have been filed a***nst you.

I had a message on my phone from a caller who was female voice mostly like an African American claiming that summons charges have been filed a***nst us mat****g our SS# and Name. We need to address these charges before the summons have been issued. Otherwise we loose all our legal rights etc. etc. This is obviously a bogus call as tried to call back and all I got was a answering ma****e. I intended to call back at different times during the day and see if there is real person behind this to call their bluff.

They called saying they were from the HR department and I did not handle matter so I am going to be served. This was their last and final call. The caller sounded female African American. They tried to sound real threatening signing off stating , "good luck in court." They asked for someone whose name is similar but no one by that name resides here and we have had this number for 30 years. Pathetic people trying to SCAM people by threatening. A recording called me when I answered the phone not a real person. If they would have called live I would have cursed at them. PATHETIC! Get a real job scammers Karma will catch up with you, you are a fraud. I have call blocked you permanently as should all of you. Call recevied on 8/18/14
