would not talk to my wife only me, ***g up when they could not talk to me.

I get calls from this number and they either let it ring just long enough to show up on caller ID or they will NOT leave a message!! Do not know this number. They are Blocked as of now though!

Just one ring on my cell. I looked up this site and will put the number in my "block this caller" list.

Calls lets it ring one time then ****s up. Typical scammer type move to get people to call them to bill their phone.
