Customer contact center... Not buying.

They just called me a***n… Caller ID just says… "CUSTOMER CONTAC" I'm on my State & Fed "Do Not Call" lists…

They just called but didn't leave a message...

Said they are selling need credit card number you won a prize.

Great idea.. Next call I'm going to answer " Baker Law Offices" , Jane Baker attorney (Made up) or,"Schmoetown Police Dept" ... you get my drift..

I've found a way to get off these lists, at least to a degree. Works fairly well but only when a real person is on the other end. It worked with this caller as there was a man on the other end.  Make up a fake business name for yourself. When you pick up, say: Thank you for calling Jean's Bakery, Marsh Telephone Surveys, Ben's Paving, Harvey's Pool Hall, etc.......  Whatever you can rip off easily as if you do it a 100 times a day.  In most cases, the person on the other end will begin their speal.  Wait until they have completed their canned s***ch, then politely explain they have contacted a business and don't appreciate wasting time to drop what you are doing to answer an unsolicited call.  They typically jump right to the, "we are sorry to disturb you and will remove your number from our database" speal.  Normally, I never hear from them a***n. I think they feel its a wasted of time calling a business. Worth a try anyway. In this particular case, the man politely stated he was sorry but has reached the wrong number. Wished me a good day and ***g up.

Phishing call? The person sounded robotic, but was an actual man. Said, "Hello, my name is Stephen and I'm calling with Customer Contact Solutions. We are not trying to sell you anything. We're conducting a survey and we have enough female responses. Are there any males in the house who are available?" I ***g up, and called the number back, but only got a fax ma****e. The caller ID says "Customer Contac"I googled the commpany name and it's based out of Ca***a." I'm on the official registered do not call list.

The lady caller was calling I believe about doing a survey. She was looking for men 49 and over. I said good luck with that one honey.! Dont waste your time with them. No purpose.

I was expecting a call back from a friend and answered without checking Caller ID. A guy s****ed muttering his name. I told him that I am on the DO NOT CALL list and to take my number off his computer. He jumped right back in with his spiel about men 18-... I ***g up and don't know what he was looking for. Apparently he did not understand English in addition to be rude and ****** because he was determined to rattle his little s***ch. I will check the Caller ID next time, even if I'm expecting a call!

I recieved the call at 1:13pm Sa****ay April tenth as I was getting ready for work the male caller asked several questions related to what i had watched on television or heard on the radio. I looked up and saw that it was almost time to leave I apologised and explained that I was going to be late. He replied "You're not gonna be late for nothin" this was rude and disrespectfull and completely unacceptable from an employee of my telephone service company....If that;s truly what he was.

they call doing a survey that takes a long time and is not important.

Not necessarily a telemarketer call however, they are doing phone surveys and shopping surveys.
