Do not fall for this!!!  Ray or Roy Cooper, Max Jordan, Chris Jones and Mark with no last name have been harrassing me for weeks.  They said I have an unpaid payday loan with Cash Net USA.  When I called Cash Net USA they told me I applied for a loan in 2006 but was denied.  I never had a loan with them.  Then they tried to tell me the reason I had no loan was because they sold it to Ace Cash Express.  I called them and they had nothing on me.  They are pulling payday loan companies out of the air.  They could not provide me with a verification of this loan.  Cash Net did send me do***entation that I did not have a loan with them.  I filed a complaint with the FTC.  I went to my police dept and the cop was very rude and was obviously annoyed that he needed to do paperwork.  I hope anyone who does file a report with their police department receives a much better reception then I did.  They did manage to get $96.00 from my prepaid debit card that I did NOT authorize.  When I told them I was disputing the charge I was told by Ray or Roy Cooper that he will "destroy my life" and he "promised me that I would be spending my Xmas in jail".  They obviously know nothing about the American legal system.  They cannot take me to jail for a payday loan.  This is not a criminal matter this is a civil matter.  The sheriff was supposed to be here to get me this past Monday and I am still here.  I have friends that are cops and they and Cash Net USA****ured me that people do not go to jail over a payday loan.  Plus do not fall for this like I did at first.  They are trying to scare you, that is how the get you to give in and give them money.  $96.00 what an odd amount.  He probably needed the money for s***s.

My husband took a message for me and told me I had to call Eric Anderson regarding ALPD.  Didn't ring any bells with me so I look at the caller id and see a very different number which makes me a little su****ious.  Looking up the number online I find these comments...Choosing to ignore.

I received a message on my home answering ma****e saying this was a law investigating firm for the US Govt.  That they had a lawsuit a***nst me including my SS# for a loan I made on line and never paid back.  It was a foreginer, which I had a very hard time understanding.  When I returned the call to find out the problem I began asking him his name, company name etc and he began to get very aggresive and abusive.  When I asked to speak to his supervisor he began to scream at me for not being cooperative.  He said my name and address and said an investigating team would be out in 3 hours.  When I asked him where they would be and if they would be contacting me he yelled so****ing which I could not understand.  I asked him to repeat back my SS# and he completely ignored me in his screaming.  DO NOT ANSWER THIS NUMBER EVER.  SCARY TIMES

so this max indian guy just called my number too sounded like a scam for sure...do not fall for this

Got a call from the Indian accent guy MAX JORDAN, Attorney from the law and Investigation Dept., and he threatened to sue me for an online loan from 3 years back and the usage of my SS#. He was rude and if he was near, he would've got ****!

THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!They told me they worked for the US Governement and needed my CC to pay this loan to help the economy-ha!I listed them on the FBI site with this phone number....do not give them any money!

412-444-1027 called and threatened my wife by saying she took out a fraudulent loan with Cash 1 USA and legal action will be taken if she doesn't settle in the next 2 days.  Never heard of Cash 1 USA so this is clearly a scammer.  Need to shut these guys down.

these people are crooks if you notice they call and say the same thing over and over and over a***n about a sue a***nst you and your ss# legal action all that. The only reason why they call because they is acually all they can do. Really!, unless you give them authorization they can't take any money from you. Please dont be threaten by these people get back at them, Tell them unless they stop calling you will or either you have filed a case a***nst them. Tell you local police about the calls, file a report, tell your Attorney General's office, of the Federal Trade Commissioner, the BBB all the authority, the problem is these numbers are false, which means they c****e them often. If you also notice its the same voice same words but they may give you a different number and a different name of company when they call a***n. But you know its the same people.  I don't even bother to answer the phone when I see number I don't recongize.  Or I just **** up on them.

They are really bad your better off not answering your phone they will call you names and threaten you it is so bad that i can not believe they get away with this.  This is been happening to me for 2 years now. 2 YEARS they just don't go away.  It gets to be a pain, but i have file complaints and well they are crooks and they are in a calling center to take americas money so PLEASE people don't let them, just tell GOODBYE.

This call is a scam call be very careful in giving out any information. This person identifies himself as Michael Lee and has a accent that is hard to understand. He uses different phone numbers each time he calls and different lines.
