Keeps calling and no message

Calls repeatedly. The number appears but no identifier.

I receive several phone calls a week and I would like to find a way to stop it.

get calls from this number 2 or 3 times a day. I sometimes hear murmers in the background like a call center as they **** up. I suspect they are charging non-profits for the number of "contacts" they make.

I faxed to 412-622-7374 at 1:40 pm central time - haven't received a call since 7/20/2010

I tried it... no fax picked up.  Any special time I should send the thing?

Same song nth verse as everyone else.  These pieces of s--- are calling at least once a day, sometimes more.  No message.  If I answer, they don't speak.  No fax tone.  Wish I knew who they were and I'd ... call them.  sorta.

They call every day. Have asked for me and I'm at work. They have also called and no one is one the other end of the line. It's very annoying and disruptive.

SUCCESS - I have not recieved another phone call from this number after faxing cease and desist demand!!!!!   Was just written on plain paper in magic marker - do not call this number (listed my number) a***n - on the national do not call list - will file with State Attoney General's office if I received one more call.  That was on July 20 - normally 3-4 calls a day - not a single call since 7/20/2010.Here's the fax number I used:Fax: 412.622.7374

This is just a waste of time...to get up and find this number two or three times a day.

We are about to disconnect our landline because of a FL and CA number that call all of the time, mostly **** up sometimes they ask for someone and **** up if you ask who it is.  Now as of a moment ago I have this PA number calling my cell phone, twice in a row. Just get a busy signal when I call back.  I wish there was so****ing you could do.  Our number is on the do not call registery.  I have filed FCC complaints on the other numbers, but obviously that is a waste of time, the FCC does nothing.  No info available on these numbers, no way to get them to quit calling your phone, and now it's s****ing on my cell which costs $.  It is total bull s**t!!!

Sorry forgot this:  PUBLIC INTEREST COMMUNICATIONS -they do have a "form" you can fill out online - asks for info that is none of their business.  I faxed a cease and desist letter to 412-622-7374 with a reminder that what they are doing is a***nst the law and one more call and they will be turned in to my State's Attorney General for the violation of the do not call list.  Every time they call -  make a note - it's $750 fine in my state for every phone call and that is paid to the person they called.  Check with you state's attorney general's office.

So no one has actually talked and found out what they want?  I think I may and I'll report back.

chiming in here.  calls in AM and PM daily.

Calls multiple times per day, weekends included, never leaves a message. Very annoying - why would I want to hear what they have to say if they don't care to leave a message?

Am thinking abt calling Better Business Bureau or law enforcement agency.maybe it is a way to rob us from our minutes...

This number has tried to call me several times..I blocked it with my comcast account blocking feature from the first call, but it's fun to look at the history of their weak attepts to get through several times this week..appears to be the same PA number all the time.

I have gotten six calls from this number since June 23. Is there any way to make it stop?

I get several calls a day from this number but I never answer.  Today I answered and after a few seconds a female asked for me.  I said I wasn't at home :) was there a message and she said no.  Have NO idea who this is or what they want, but it's annoying.

I am also getting calls from this number twice a day. I never pick up because I****ume it's marketing since I don't know anyone from that area code. It's annoying and I want it to stop!

Getting unknown calls from this number

Two calls on the same day; both times - a brief word/phrase (line quality too poor to understand) after which the calls got disconnected.

I get calls from this number EVERY DAY and on my phone all it says is: "Pennsylvania". They NEVER leave a message either!

My caller ID says "pub Interest" They don't leave a message even when a person picks up who isn't the person they ask for.
