On Sa****ay 4/9/11 12:30pm I finally answered this call and actually got to talk with someone...  It is TelS**** Inc., 601 Davidson Road, (Pittsburgh, PA metro area).  They do telemarketing and collections for a number of newspapers.  They were calling to get me back on my local newspaper, that I did not renew back in January (far from Pgh and not Post Gazette).  I'm sure the calls are computer dialed, so if all reps are busy when you pick up - no one answers.  Complaining to FCC or FTC may not help if you have or had(?) a "business relationship" with the company represented.  Could try registering with the "Do Not Call" list which I believe takes up to 30 days to go into affect, but a***n, if you have a "business relationship" with the company the Do Not Call list technically does not apply, but it might work???.  I haven't researched enough to find out how to end the "business relationship" so that these avenues clearly apply.

File a complaint at www.fcc.gov (federal communications commission).  You may also want to file a complaint at www.ftc.gov (federal trade commission).  I just did both, but only had the offending phone number.  Then found this site and learned it may be Post Gazette.  I live ***dreds of miles from Pgh. and they are calling my cell.

Post G***ette is like some type of organized crime. They keep calling my twelve year old!

This person or people call me at least 3-4 times a day and they dont ever leave me any messages and its becoming annoying. I have no idea who is it because everytime i call the number back it doesnt even ring!

I cancelled my subscription and they STILL CALL MEHow the***** do I make it stop????

If you find it as annoying as I do, you should cancel your subscription.

This has gotten to the point of feeling like harrassment!!!!!! So freakin annoying, leave me alone!!

this number calls repeatedly and never leaves a message.

I get a phone call everyday in the morning from this person, no messege, no answer, ni idea who it is.

I'm receiving these calls (412-704-5411) also. I get two to three calls a day. Same drill: they say nothing; call back to dead air or busy signal. I'm sick of it. I subscribed to the Post Gazette Sunday paper also and agreed to get a free daily paper. I cancelled both and will NEVER subscribe to the post gazette a***n. It's not just a coincidence that some of us receiving these calls subscribed to the Sunday (only) papaer. I called the PG subscription office and they just blew me off. I want these calls to stop. If we ALL call ths Post Gazette and complain, maybe they will listen.

Thank  you!  The same number has been calling me for two weeks....very annoying, called PG Customer Service and all circuits were busy.

It is the Pittsburgh Post Gazette according to another site. These calls just s****ed here today and in less than 3 hours I have got 3 of them. I will not even pick up a free copy of the paper due to their telemarketing, and have carried on a personal boycott of their paper in general for over 7 years. Now I am putting it in writing and and calling for anyone who reads this to join me. If you subscribe, cancel it. If you don't, don't s****. If you actually pick up the phone when they call let them know that there is a boycott underway and it is due to their annoying calls.

This # continues to call sometimes 2 or 3 X's a day. Soon I will answer and Curse them the***** out. I am on the no contact list and live over 4 hours from Pittsburgh. I do not want to contacted by these people and getting highly ****ed off.

Several calls a day from this number. Caller ID "Verona PA". ***ody on the line when I answer. They call day and night. This has been going on since I got my current number about three months ago. Highly annoying. I am on the Do-Not-Call register, and did report them. The calls continue.

got this call last night around dinnertime (they pick the most ignorant times to do this i swear). anyways, i tried to call it back 3x today.  rang once & then dead air.  what the heck?

Get the same call every day about 3 times, even answered it a couple times and no one was on it.  pretty sure it is PG, im definitely done with them now.

Post Gazette is calling and if you are as enoyed as me I would just boycott them.

This is the Pittsburgh Post Gazette calling. I will never buy their paper a***n.

Calls 3 or 4 times a day and has even called on Sundays. Does not leave message and when I call the number I can't get through.

Received a phone call today from this number.  When I answered, the caller said he was from the Pittsburgh Post Gazette and said since I'm a Sunday paper subscriber, that I was going to receive Mon-Sat for free.. asked to verify my name, said the call may be monitored or recorded and then ***g up.

This number calls at least 4 times a day, caller id says Penn Hills which is the town where it originates.  Very annoying as no message is left.

Got calls from this number but evert time I caled back it was busy or a recording said my call did not go thru.
