I got the same message.  I got two calls (one earlier this week and one last week) with two similar phone numbers.  The first time they called from 412.723.5201 and left the below message.  The second time they called from 412.723.5175 and didn't leave a message.  A friend got the same message.  Tracing the phone number reveals that it is a Pittsburg, Pennsylvania based phone number and that the carrier is Level 3 Wireline.  The number is listed as KAISER PERM (note that it is NOT Kaiser Permanente).  I did not answer and I didn't call the toll free number.
