I called one of their numbers, a week ago, a recording says it is a clearing house for charities. That I recently gave to a charity and they are calling to ask for more charitible donations. This type of activity, btw, is allowed under "do not call" legislation.

They have been calling my cell for about a week but don't leave a message. I left a message with them but no response.

Who are they?  They called my cellphone but left no message.
