These phone numbers are S**** CALLS (electronically munipulated phone calls made to look like there coming from another source) from the spineless Debt Collectors at NCO Financial,507 *****ntial Road, Horsham, PA 19044. Phone number 800-220-2274.  Manufacturer S**** Card, Teltech Systems, 1433 Hooper Ave, Suite 129, Toms River, NJ 08753 800-964-8450.  Send cease and deceased letter.  If they persist, take them to court.

Keeps calling, won't leave message.  I returned the phone call and a automated voice message says the user mail box is full.  Its a Pittsburg number and it annoying.
