Pause after answering and asked if I was the owner of a property that I don't own nor live at. When I said no she said ok thanks and hung up.

There was a pause after picking up. They asked if I was owner at my address. I asked about purpose and they asked if I was interested in an offer. I answered no and asked not to call again. Thirty minutes earlier, a branded SUV drove by while I was on the porch, probably related, but unsure.
