Speaking about a package !! Spam !!
Received a text message thanking me for my Best Buy order. They said they would be emailing the tracking. I believe it is spam text.
Spam!!!!! Don’t Call or respond
I received the text message from this number from Best Buy for an order confirmation and they provided an order number. It also stated to call 810-331-2220 with any questions. I did not make a purchase from Best Buy so I called the number shown. They told me that my Visa Debit card was used to place the order and wanted me to download an app called ANYDESK and give them the code it generated before they could give me a cancellation confirmation number. When I asked what the last four numbers of the debit card were they said they had to cancel the order first. At this point I ***g up and looked up the number for Best Buy customer service. He said THIS IS A SCAM !!!! The app and code will give w***ver access to your computer and then they steal all of your financial info. He said he talked to a lady yes****ay that this happened to and she gave them the access code and they drained her bank account of $10,000!!
