This number has called my cell SIX TIMES in 18 months. Nothing but a FOREIGNER speaking GIBBERISH when I answered. I told them to STOP calling but they won't. Cannot block this call on my old phone. Getting ready to REPORT this # to the authorities.

Unknown call; I rejected it on my cell. They did not call back. Later, when I tried to call that number, I got a recording saying "Voice Mail has not been set up." Signs of a scam, but unknown what type.
