Harassment ,& Threatened Family by text messages Beware > unknown number

Had a conversation with this person on market place , in fact I didn't sell to them but they got all my information mailed me a fraudulent check. s****ed texting threats to me and my Family. Beware to others he / she uses the number to text. The name on ck before it was ripped up was Michael Kelvin , but signed by some one else. bank was supposed to be from Durham, nc but co was mail from Florida.
