Illegal Scam shows up on caller ID

THIRTEEN calls so far from this number over three weeks. Woke an ill person this morning. Have blocked this # but they still call and it rings once before our blocker stops it. Can't understand what they think they are accomplishing with these calls. WHO buys solar panels over the phone from a stranger?

Answered the phone as I work in 413 area and do t know if it’s a client but answered ... lady sounds like a live person and will say good morning this is Amanda how are you .. and **** up

constantly calling, I don't answer the phone and they do not leave any message.

SEVEN calls from this number in 6 days; today got three of those in less than three hours. All BLOCKED.

No msg call; obviously the 'solar panels/switch electric providers' SCAM. Can't understand why the gov't can get a handle on these; cut them off at the telephone servicce provider end.
