Electric company scam.

They said they represented National Grid

This is part of a "SWITCH YOUR ELECTRICAL SERVICE PROVIDER" or "BUY SOLAR PANELS OVER THE PHONE" (!) ***SCAM***. They also use other numbers such as 978-400-2559 "FITCHBURG, MA"; 978-965-8961 "LAWRENCE, MA"; 978-769-1293 "GEORGETOWN, MA"; 458-201-1435 "EUGENE, OR"; 916-312-2734 "SLOUGHHOUSE, CA"; 440-721-4682 :PAINESVILLE, OH"; 573-200-7004 "DELETED: (!); 669-237-3665 "CAMPBELL, CA". There may be - and probably are - other numbers****ociated with this SCAM. They are looking for your ELECTRIC BILL ACCOUNT NUMBER which can be used for IDEN***Y THEFT just like your SS#; AND they ask for your CREDIT CARD NUMBER for the solar panels. ALL the callers have FOREIGN ACCENTS and are RUDE, AGGRESSIVE and sometimes even LEWD and ABUSIVE. I suspect these calls are all originating from INDIA. BEWARE. Don't Answer and BLOCK if you can!

They just called and left no message.

They called me too - high pressure to switch. While I was on the phone I googled them. They have a variable supply rate that goes up every month if you switch to them. If you try to cancel, it takes them months. I checked the Better Business Bureau and they received an "F" rating for failure to resolve customer complaints. The woman was extremely rude to me when I told her I wasn't going to switch over.
