I used the wheresmycellphone website a***n, and yes it is probaly a scam, or a fake number.

I called them and they answered for so****ing then I ***g up. The person said*****o how may I help you. So I didn't know what it was for so I ***g up. I just it was the wheresmycellphone website number.
