This is a recorded message telling you that the call is your final warning. Recorded message says the IRS has a lawsuit a***nst you and you must call the number back for more information. When you call them back, they tell you the IRS has a lawsuit a***nst you and they get very nasty when you tell them to send you so****ing in writing. Especially when they have no idea what your address is!

I just had the same thing happen. Guy called claiming to be with the IRS and that I'm being sued for $5,032. When I asked him if I could call him back, so I could make another call, he said I would be arrested if I terminated the call. He also claimed all of my****ets would be seized and my license revoked.

They call multiple times and each time claim I am being sued however I have called the IRS directly and they have no such claim
