Thank-you for posting who the number belongs to. I can't even answer my cell without it being them. I am so tired of Wells Fargo. I asked for help because we were struggling and they made me write an essay on why I needed help, then refused to help. Now they call me 3 times a day from several different numbers and ask why I didn't get help before it went as far as foreclosure. Idiots pure idiots!!!

***le,  It is harasment if they robo call you under the TCPA.  if your a payment behind they become a collection agency as stated by their recorded message.  This means that you can sue under the TCPA, FDCA and FDCRA.The TCPA especially applys if the number you are calling is a cell phone.Here's the other thing.  When they call answer the phone.  Don't answer any of their questions,  just say that they cannot call this number.  It's a verbal cease and desist.  The next robo call they make is a TCPA violation.They don't want to work with you because they are in the business of taking peoples houses not providing a mortgage service. Take a look at the lawsuits a***nst them for signing forclosures for the sake of forclosures. Wells Fargo looks at you as another number and a profit.  In a letter sent to me, they said that for me to catch up I should break into my 401k and take the past due out of that.  Their off their rocker.I am suing them and will continue to sue for every violation I can find.

YES, THIS NUMBER IS WITH WELLS FARGO HM,  WHAT GETS ME IS MY FILE WITH THEM SHOWS THAT YES MY ACCOUNT IS IN FORECLOSER, BUT THE HOUSE IS BEING SOLD, BUT DUE TO ALL THE ROADBLOCKS THAT WELLS FARGO PUTS UP IT TAKEN 3 MONTHS LONGER THAN IT SHOULD HAVE. I GET 3-6 CALLS FROM VARIOUS WELLS FARGO NUMBERS WHICH I CONSIDER HARASSMENT.  I WAS TOLD ONCE BY ONE OF THE SUPERVISORS THAT ITS NOW THERE POLICY TO NOT LEAVE A VOICE MESSAGE WHEN THEY CALL, BUT WHO RETURNS CALLS TO NUMBERS YOU DON'T KNOW OR RECOGNIZE!  PLUS THIS IS BS AS THEY LEAVE AUTOMATED MESSAGES!  I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH WELLS FARGO A***N OR ANY ***NCH THERE OF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We receive at least half a dozen calls from this number and 909-658-0922 daily. The name on the caller ID shows the caller as Wells Fargo HM. They are ****-up calls, and calls from both numbers cannot be returned. Calls to this number show on my telephone display as "Invalid number." I don't know why they are calling here in the first place; this is a business.

Requesting that I wait for them....I ***ged up, lately Ive been getting all kinds of phony calls.
