Card Member Su on caller ID. Leaves no message. Name comes up with multiple numbers

I suspect this number is****ociated with US Bank.  There is very little information on Google about this number, but a search of "4142738704 US Bank", returned one possible link.  These guys own Elan Financial Services with whom I have a credit card through Wainwright Bank and Trust.  I missed last month's payment and they not only frozen my credit line but also charged me an past due fee.  Now they are calling before the next payment is due.  This type of behavior is happening across the credit industry as creditors are struggling to deal with the rising tide of bad debt.  I, however, do pay my bills, but to creditors these days that seems not to matter as they are s****ing to treat everyone the same without regard to your payment history.  Very sad shape our country is in, and its all due to the banking industry that thought it could have its cake and eat it too.  Now, they're choking on the cake.  Eat up.
