Caller ID said "SMS"  Asked for one of our owners by name.  I transfered him to that owner's admin****istant.  Moments later he called back and said, "Thanks for ****ing up." and ***g up on me.  My guess is the transfer failed, but since he's not a legitimate business call, he****umed I intentionally ***g up on him.  Certainly I will next time!

Wanted to talk to the owner.  I asked a few questions to screen the call.  Woman said "nevermind - there are too many questions" and ***g up.  So I called the number and phone was answered by Client Services.  This person should really NOT be in a customer service position.
