I got another call from this number - this time I did answer it and found that it was a reminder call for an appointment I had at the Wheaton Franciscan Clinic.  Mystery solved!

same thing happened to me - its been calling me for several days, never leaves a message, and when I return the call I just get an odd beeping sound.
