I am glad I googled this-yea, I am not the only one-now they need to be stopped, annoying is not the word.  Everyone file a complaint and maybe they will be traced and shut down.  Thanks everyone for your input.

These people are dirt bags - I want these calls to stop - I am on the do not call list and still get their calls.  I will report them to the Attorney Generals Office if I get one more call.

"Consumer Care" was on Caller ID.

Got a call on my son's cell phone today. We did not answer.

I just got one and ignored it, but was curious so googled it and found this.

I got a call from this number on my cell.  Didn't answer.  After doing a little research I found out that 414 is a WI area code.  I don't know anyone in WI.

i got that call right after another mysterious call.... 518 821 1784...... you call and it sau=ys "1" for the do not call list

It's me a***n and I just found out who they are! Service Provider : CHOICE ONE COMMUNICATIONS INC - WI Location: Milwaukee Zone 1 , WI. I went through phoneagentsource.com and paid $1.00 for the info. but it was worth every penny, all 100 of them. I hope so****ing is done about them. And soon!

Just got a call from them not even 5 min. ago. If they are a telemarketer, they can't legally call cell phones. "Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations prohibit telemarketers from using automated dialers to call cell phone numbers. Automated dialers are standard in the industry, so most telemarketers are barred from calling consumers on their cell phones without their consent."  - http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2007/02/dnccellphones.shtm. I never pick up for numbers i'm unfamiliar with, i alway's do a reverse look up which doesn't always help when it's a telemarketer. After I googled the number I found this forum board and realized that what they are doing is a***nst the law. I hope they get caught and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Them and every other telemarketing company. Don't they realize we want to be left alone? That most people don't want to be harassed!

Just got the call less than 20 seconds ago. I didn't pick up and googled the number while the phone was still ringing.

Same call from 'Jennifer' on my husband's cell phone.I added this phone number to 'Junk Call' on his phone's contact name list, so the next time we'll know not to answer. I put all the junk calls there, so the next time the caller ID will say 'Junk Call'.

Just called me.  It was a recording selling alarm systems.  At the end of the call it said press 1 to receive your free alarm system 3 times, then disconnected.  Has called me at my work phone multiple times now.  Very annoying.

Just got the call.Did not answer; no message left.

Just received call from this number on my cell phone.  Answered call (in a new job so was unsure when I saw the number and thought it might be legit).  It was a Recording -- From "Jennifer" -- Company will be in my neighborhood installing security systems and usual sales pitch.  Then the call was dropped -- possibly because I was in my office building.  Did not catch the name of a company if it was said and because the call was dropped, did not get any directions of "how" to buy these services (which I course I would not do).  Since I had already picked up and recognized immediately that it was an unsolicited sale call -- I was listening to get any imformation I could to report it.
