Same thing s****ed happening to me on Monday. I called the local police but they don't know what to do either..

Continually getting calls from this number telling me that I have an unpaid payday loan and threatens to have me arrested at my place of employment or my home address at 11am the following day. I have been waiting for a couple of months for this so called arrest to happen. According to some extensive research they cannot arrest anyone for unpaid payday loans and threatening to do so goes a***nst the FDCPA so I don't expect that to ever happen since they can't even tell me a date of when I supposedly took out the loan all they tell me is to look in my email.
