This is a solicitation call which is generated by an auto dialer. I called this number back, as it rings then immediately disconnects. I received a greeting from the Blood Center of Wisconsin, detailing that "less than 5% of the population parti****tes in donating blood for the 800 hospitals in the area. I was then connected to a polite BCW repersentative. She apologized that the auto dialer cuts off before leaving a message, and stated the calls are to follow up with past donors and to schedule new appointments.
