I got the same call from this guy. You can hardly understand a word he says so you can't even tell if he represents some kind of collection agency or law firm.

I got a call from an unknown # and they left a VM, which I couldn't understand at all because the guy barely spoke ENGLISH, what else is new, but I managed after listening to it six times to get the # he left, so I really don't know who it is, but if someone could understand anything he said about why he was calling, I'd be interested in knowing.

I would like to know who is calling me...
