I just received a call from them.  Received a call from a similar company just a couple of days ago too (must be sharing the same call list).  Anyway, I always tell them that they should call my attorney.  I give them the name and number of the Attorney General for the State of PA (where I live).  I also inform them that they should send the "verification of debt" to this person.  They always end up ****ing up on me before I get the full number out.

They have called me repeatdly for the past year. The same person calls using a different name and says I have a lawsuit a***nst your name and social security number. He claims I own money. I don't, but even if a person calls, it is a***nst the law for 3rd parties to place harassing phone calls. Beware and report to phone company and to FCC,

they are scammer who contantly call people all day and everyday to harass them in sending money for loans they don't owe. they get nasty and rude on the phone and than at the end of the call, they say God Bless.

You did the right thing. These are scams you do not go to jail for owing a debt. Contact a consumer lawyer, like Kimmel and Silverman. These people are scammers tying to get money out of people. Even if you owe ***ody has the right to call and harrass you like that. Ask them to send you a debt validation letter on the debt and how much you owe. But don't give them any additional information on yourself. If they're calling you than they should know (right). If they say they can't do that they ask them for their address to write them one. Either way they have to reply 30 days from the date of the letter you maybe writing them about the debt. If they continue to call you tell you local enforcement (police) and report it. Also, write a letter to you Attorney General's Office. Tell them your reporting the number. They are not really numbers they're spooled, which means that they c****e the number all the time to keep from being caught and the locations are also fakes.

well guys i did nt take dem seriously n i got sued in d court house for 4500$ n den i had to *** up wid my bail charges also...i mean i fell in a big trouble coz of ignoring them...dey were actually trying to help me by lettin me knw dat coz my debts remainin i cud face sum serious legal mess n i took dem lightly n i m regretin today ...dey do send paper works bt dey only send it after d case in downloaded in d court house ...n dats wat i told dem to do i told dem to send me paper works dey told me if we send u d paper works dat will happen only wen d case is downloaded inside d court house n dats wat happened...so think twice before ignoring dem i m sayin dis cause i m experienced ....

I don't know who these people are  with a thick foreign accent they keep calling my number at home and work leaving threatening messages.  I called them back and told them to stop calling me because I don't know what is this about.  They have not send me any paperwork in the mail and they are telling me there is a lawsuit filed a***nst my name and social security number.  I told them I am going to file a complaint with the attorney general's office in my state a***nst them. Then I ***g up the phone.

Calls back a***n and say his name is calvin sharp and i need to pay r go to jail.

Harassing calling sayn i took out a loan and didn't pay it back. Sayn if I don't pay I will go to jail.
