These people are plain rude, called looking for x-name and told them that does not live here at all, and said "o.k you want to play like that... will see about that" then **** up.. what a bunch of unprofessional ******s.

Try this the next time they call. Tell them you are recording the conversation--assuming it's legal to do so in your state. In Calif. it's legal as long as you tell them what you're doing at the s**** of the call.They'll either be polite or **** up immediately. If they don't **** up and still curse at you, tell them that as the call was recorded you're going to have a consult with your attorney and will certainly be forwarding the recording to the FTC.That should stop them from calling.

These vultures are the most rude and obtrusive people I have ever spoken to.  They were looking for someone who does not work here, and when I tried to help them by telling this I was barraged with name calling and insults, and the man denied he was a debt collector.There should be a legislative action to curb this practice.

Same experience.............They didn't identify themselves when I did pick up a couple times.  3 or 4 calls every day.  W***ver is paying them to harass folks is going no value at all from these fools.I like that airhorn idea!

This is a Debt Collector.  Everytime they call our office sniffing for information on an ex employee or whomever ..., they go by a different name.   I would suggest purchasing a very loud airhorn used for boating and blast the a** on the other end each time they call.  Normally, this would not be necessary, but these people are ****s and do not respect anyone else's business environment but their own.honk away ......

Oh, this is a company that calls looking for payments of some sort. They have it out for an X-employee and call me constantly looking for him, his cell number, his phone, his home address..I refuse to give out such information and tell them repeatedly that I have no idea ...they do not understand English obviously...so I call them and harrass them back!
