I received same call but the name used is David Green and so****ing about IRS it is a scam.
It's a scam. Claim to be IRS, when I called them and said you guys call is a scam, they guy said sorry won't call me any more.
Total spam. Has my landline number and my name. States that I owe in taxes and he's an officer from IRS. Name is Michael Carter. I got my refund everyone and I don't owe a thing to IRS. Make sure you don't fall for this and have a feeling that if you call them back at this Novato, CA number it may charge you. Total scam
