Same thing happened to me, I live in AZ. Two times today.

I got two calls on my landline from this number on 6/25/14 at 11:07am and 2:30pm (pacific time) they left a message. The messages sound computerized voice stating they were Officer Heather Grey from the IRS and I was to return the call and do not disgaurd this message before any legal attaction was taken and they told me good bye and to take care
