Same as comment above, scammer about tax fraud. Don't return the call and report it to your local police. Play them the voice mail the caller left and provide the phone number.

Computer generated voice left message (woman's voice stating her batch # is 4165) claiming the Treasury Dept. has a judgment a***nst me for tax fraud and have issued a warrant for my arrest. I was directed I needed to call them back before I am arrested. This is absolutely a very bad scam, don't be fooled! Phone number indicates Vonage or landline from San Rafael, CA.
